What we collect

• Your name and contact details when you message, call or email us.
• Details and photographs of the work you are asking us to quote for.
• Site address and access details where we are carrying out work.
• Anonymous usage data if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and guarantee the work, and keep the records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, legal obligation for records, and consent for non-essential cookies.

Sharing

Where a project involves other trades, we share only the details they need to do their part. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years for tax, insurance and guarantee purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email braisjoinery@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
