Brais Joinery & Development is run by a sole trader working across the whole of London. With over 20 years of industry experience, the challenging jobs - period properties, uneven walls, tight flats and complex refurbishments - are familiar territory rather than a surprise halfway through.
Bogdan Brais brings a rare combination of advanced carpentry expertise and high‑level construction management capability, shaped by years of delivering full refurbishments, structural extensions, roofing systems and multi‑trade projects. His experience includes leading a £3 million back‑to‑shell reconstruction in Pimlico, coordinating bricklayers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers to deliver a complete internal rebuild.
Alongside practical work, Bogdan is studying Construction Management at Bath Spa University and is a registered Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (no. 7018482) - over twenty years on the tools, now developing the management side of the industry. His background as a Sergeant in the Romanian Army adds discipline, resilience and leadership to every project.
