Yes. We are fully insured and qualified in carpentry and joinery, with active membership in the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and ongoing Construction Management studies. All partner trades involved in refurbishments (plumbing, electrical, tiling, decorating and more) are fully qualified and certified in their respective fields. Alongside over two decades of practical experience, we are completing formal Construction Management training through Bath Spa University, strengthening our capability in planning, supervision and project delivery. Joinery typically takes 2–6 weeks, while bathrooms, kitchens and full refurbishments depend on materials, trade coordination and site conditions. Payment schedules depend on the type and scale of the project. For most standard works, no advance payment is required, unless the project involves significant material procurement or bespoke items. Generally, payments are made in stages, with each stage clearly defined and agreed in the contract before work begins. Payment is then due at the end of each completed stage, ensuring transparency and protecting both parties.
